Images-on-Call is not a PACS company.  We primarily supply hospitals, imaging centers, and radiologists with Teleradiology software and components.  However, as an adjunct we have now expanded our current line of products to integrate directly into planned or existing PACS networks.  For example, our Film DigitizerStation is at home on a PACS network as much as it is sending images to a radiologist for after hours interpretation.
