Through extensive use of remote diagnostics, we can diagnose and resolve most problems that may occur. During warranty periods, if a machine cannot be repaired in the field, we overnight a replacement, in most cases, to keep you up and running. In addition, Images-on-Call offers HelpLine 24/7, an annual contract for technical assistance anytime of the day, any day of the year.
